Self-discovery and thinking companion

Know yourself.
Then live like it.

Talk through what's on your mind. Inly remembers what matters to you, maps your values and patterns, and tells you what it honestly sees.

The Self Map

A living map of who you are.

It grows with every conversation, and you can change anything on it. Think of it as a portrait of you that keeps getting more accurate.

Tap any star to see what it means.

Pattern

Short sleep → skipped writing → “I’m not disciplined.” It’s the sleep.

Contradiction

You value Family. You’ve stayed late four nights this week.

Growth

In June, freedom meant “doing whatever I want.” Now you call it “choosing my responsibilities.”

Illustrative example. Your Self Map is built only from what you choose to share.

You don't need more advice. You need to see yourself clearly.

What's on your mind lately?

It's not just you.

43%

of Gen Z adults feel no real sense of purpose.1

10–15%

of people are truly self-aware. 95% think they are.2

54%

of Americans feel no one really knows them.3

How it works

Just talk. Inly does the rest.

  1. Talk

    Say what's on your mind.

  2. Map

Inly maps what matters to you.

  3. Get insights

See patterns you couldn't see alone.

Someone to think
it through with.

Journals keep your thoughts and chatbots answer questions. Inly builds an understanding of you and brings it into every conversation.

A map of you that keeps growing

Journals keep entries and ChatGPT saves a few facts. Inly connects everything you share into one picture.

Advice built on your values

Grounded in CBT and philosophy, from Stoicism to existentialism, and shaped by what matters to you.

Honest with you

Most chatbots tend to agree with you. Inly points out when your words and actions don't line up, kindly.

Just talk

Voice-first, like talking to a wise friend. Switch to text anytime.

Your inner life stays yours.

What you share with Inly is some of the most personal data there is. We treat it that way.

Encrypted

Your reflections are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Never sold

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Ever.

You're in control

Review, edit, export, or delete your Self Map anytime.

Asks before saving

Nothing lands on your map without your OK.

Why we're building Inly

“I've always been fascinated by why we do what we do. I read the books, studied philosophy, saved the frameworks, and still made choices that didn't feel like mine. What finally helped wasn't more information. It was seeing the whole picture of myself. Once you know who you are, decisions become simple and life gets happier. We have more technology than ever, yet more people feel unhappy. Inly is my answer to that.”

Questions, answered.

Is Inly therapy?

No. Inly is a reflection and self-discovery companion. It isn't a medical or mental-health service. If you're struggling, please reach out to a licensed professional. In the US, you can call or text 988 anytime if you're in crisis.

Who is Inly for?

For anyone who thinks a lot about their life and wants to think more clearly. People use it to make a decision they're stuck on, understand why they keep repeating a pattern, figure out what they actually want, or simply get to know themselves better.

Do I have to talk out loud?

Not at all. Inly is designed voice-first because talking is the easiest way to reflect, but you can type whenever you like, even mid-conversation.

What happens to my data?

Your reflections are encrypted, never sold, and never used for advertising. You can review, edit, export, or permanently delete your Self Map at any time.
